This wine was produced from fruit grown in the

Moutere Hills which underwent 100% whole-cluster pressing.

15% aged sur lie in aged French oak barrels for 4 months,

85% aged sur lie in stainless steel tanks.

 

Tasting Notes:

Concentrated Pinot Gris with strong varietal characters.

Citrus blossom, pears and tropical fruit aromas and flavours

combine with a firm backbone of minerality and acidity.

Oily, opulent textures fill the mouth and linger on the palate.
