Classic aromas of sweet pears and citrus blossom with hints of spice and minerality. Luscious full-bodied mouthfeel with sweet citrusovertones, good balance and a long, lingering finish.
Reviews
Michael Cooper’s 2019 Buyer’s Guide“Rimu Grove's second-tier label. Hand-harvested in the Moutere hills and mostly handled in tanks (10 per cent oak-aged), the 2018 vintage (4-stars) is an off-dry style (8 grams/litre of residual sugar), freshly scented, mouthfilling and smooth, with a distinct touch of complexity. Already drinking well, with strong peach, pear and spice flavours, showing excellent delicacy and harmony, it should be at its best 2020+.”
