Tasting notes
Sweet-fruit aromas accentuated with toasty oak, vanilla and savoury spice. An extremely textural wine, full bodied with silky fine-grained tannins that envelop the pallet and leave a graceful, lingering finish.Reviews
Sam Kim's Wine Orbit, Nov 2018, 5-stars, 95 points“This is a gorgeously composed pinot, showing fragrant aromas of Black Doris plum, raspberry, floral, vanilla and smoked wood on the nose with subtle spicy complexity. The palate delivers excellent weight and depth with succulent mouthfeel and silky texture, leading to a long delectable finish. At its best: now to 2024.”
