Fruit from the Rimu Grove Vineyard in the Moutere Hills appellation and fruit from the Waimea Plains.
20% barrel fermented in French oak.
80% fermented in stainless steel tanks.
25% malolactic fermentation
Grapes were picked by hand and whole-bunch pressed,
The wine in barrel was routinely stirred on lees for 10 months.
