100% fruit from the Moutere Hills appellation.
100% barrel fermented in French oak (22% new).
33% malolactic fermentation

Grapes were picked by hand and whole-bunch pressed,
followed by cool fermentation in 225L barriques.
The wine was routinely barrel-stirred on full lees for 10 months.

Tasting notes

Fresh and vibrant; smooth, round and generous.
Lively pear, citrus, apple and mineral flavours echo on the long, impressive finish.
Nicely layered with elegant oak notes.
