This wine was produced from fruit grown in the Moutere Hills which underwent partial destemming followed by soaking overnight on the skins to enhance the textures of the wine. The juice was gently pressed under inert gas conditions, fermented with traditional yeast sourced from Alsace and aged on lees in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notesClassic, mouth-watering aromas of lychee with hints of exotic spices and rose petals. Medium in style, with a balance of acidity and phenolics that linger on the palate. Drink now or cellar to 2020.
Reviews***** 94 Points, Wine Orbit, November 2014
"It's elegantly perfumed on the nose displaying white peach, tropical fruit, exotic flower and ginger spice aromas. The powerful palate shows excellent mid palate weight and silky texture, beautifully supported by elegant sweetness and soft acidity, finishing gloriously long and irresistible. At its best: now to 2020. Limited availability."
