100% fruit from the Rimu Grove estate vineyard. Grapes were picked by hand and underwent gentle whole-cluster pressing.
15% aged sur lie in aged French oak barrels, 85% aged sur lie in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Concentrated Pinot Gris with strong varietal characters.Citrus, tropical fruit, floral, spicy aromas and flavours with a firm backbone of acidity.
Oily, opulent textures fill the mouth and linger on the palate.
