100% fruit from the Rimu Grove estate vineyard. Grapes were picked by hand and underwent gentle whole-cluster pressing.
Slow fermented and aged sur lie for 4 months in stainless steel tank.
Tasting notes
Late harvest with residual sugar giving high viscosity, opulence and a honeyed quality. Oily texture and citrus flavours hinting of tangerine.Richness is balanced by fresh fruity acidity, giving exceptional length on the palate without cloying.
