Tasting notes

Original Tasting Notes (2004):
Masses of cherry, dark red plum and currant flavours, ripe sweet fruit with earthy, savoury notes and hints of spice. Elegant toasty oak characters add structure and complexity in balance with the fruit. Silky texture with a long and generous finish.

Current Tasting Notes (2014):
Nose of spicy, savoury, forest-floor, mushroomy notes with deep mineral flavours. Bright acidity on the palate, shared with a rich, full-bodied liquorice body. Fantastic viscosity, will continue to age well for years to come, a great wine to cellar!
